2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Fitness AI is an AI-powered workout generation platform that generates personalized workout programs using machine learning models, covering 9 different muscle groups and training combinations. It provides exercise recommendations, sets, reps, and rest times, and allows you to save and track your workout history. Important: All workouts are AI-generated suggestions only. You must adapt exercises to your own physical capabilities and limitations.
3. USE OF SERVICE
By using Fitness AI, you acknowledge that you use the service entirely at your own risk, AI-generated workouts are suggestions not professional fitness advice, you will consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, you will not hold Fitness AI liable for any injuries or health issues, and you will provide accurate information when creating your profile.
4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
FITNESS AI IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. The workout programs generated by our AI are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or exercise program. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms.
5. AI ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Our AI models are trained on fitness data to provide personalized recommendations. However, AI predictions may not always be perfectly accurate. Workout suggestions should be adjusted based on your actual capabilities, and the AI cannot account for all individual health conditions or limitations. Results will vary based on individual factors and adherence to programs.
6. AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitness AI. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the service with parental consent and supervision. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the service.
7. USER ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use, and ensuring your profile information remains accurate and up-to-date.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: share your account with others, use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to reverse engineer our AI models, scrape or collect data from our service, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The service, including all content, AI models, algorithms, features, and functionality, is owned by Fitness AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your generated workouts are for your personal use only.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITNESS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: physical injuries or health complications, loss of data or workout history, inaccurate AI predictions or recommendations, or service interruptions or unavailability.
13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
