  • Allows you to save and track your workout history

Important: All workouts are AI-generated suggestions only. You must adapt exercises to your own physical capabilities and limitations.

3. Use of Service

By using Fitness AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use the service entirely at your own risk
  • AI-generated workouts are suggestions, not professional fitness advice
  • You will consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program
  • You will not hold Fitness AI liable for any injuries or health issues
  • You will provide accurate information when creating your profile
  • You will adapt all exercises to your personal fitness level and capabilities

4. Medical Disclaimer

FITNESS AI IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE. The workout programs generated by our AI are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or exercise program.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms.

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI models are trained on fitness data to provide personalized recommendations. However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI predictions may not always be perfectly accurate
  • Workout suggestions should be adjusted based on your actual capabilities
  • The AI cannot account for all individual health conditions or limitations

6. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fitness AI. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the service with parental consent and supervision. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the service.
